intense.

last night was pretty intense. the vice president of ann taylor flew in from new york today to check out our store. big deal, right? sooooo that meant the store had to be in perfect condition. like everything had to be perfect. so, i came in at 8 last night for what i thought would be a 2 hour shift. wrong. i got home at 1:30 in the morning. it was so intense. my manager estimated that i folded about 500 pieces during this time chunk. but it was fun. i love the people i work with. until we got locked out of the mall terminal and had to walk all the way around to the back parking lot. in the pouring rain. and then drive home in it. which was scary x583779. wind+rain+semi trucks= bad. very bad. but i made it home safe and sound. good news.
